In Fathom, objects gathered from Port Noarlunga are reimagined as sculptural forms, documented through photography and drawing. This work delves into the layers of personal and collective memory embedded within these materials, seeking to capture the traces of time and place they hold.
Each item is carefully catalogued in an attempt to preserve the feelings and memories of the sites where they were discovered—a gesture to hold onto fragments of place even as the objects transform and settle into new roles.
