As a Graphic Designer, you will be essential in crafting visually compelling designs that elevate our brand and marketing. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you will also collaborate with the sales and product development teams to create a wide range of design assets for diverse marketing campaigns.
This is a busy role where the ability to be flexible with changing priorities is key.
Key responsibilities:
- Create high-quality graphic designs for digital and print content, including but not limited to; website banners, social media graphics, EDMs, brochures, flyers, posters and signage.
- Design creative assets for events, seasonal promotions, and new product launches.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure that all designs meet project goals and resonate with target audiences.
- Maintain consistent brand standards across all digital and print media while overseeing the production process.
- Develop packaging designs for new products from concept to final print and update existing packaging to keep it fresh and relevant.
- Manage graphic campaigns for product launches and seasonal collections, including price lists, order forms, and range information and introducing innovative products to the market.
- Create POS materials for both D2C and B2B channels, ensuring a cohesive brand message.
- Support the Sales team by creating B2B collateral, such as catalogues, presentations, and marketing assets.
- Assist with other design-related tasks as needed.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 4 years’ graphic design experience, preferably in the hunting or outdoor lifestyle industry.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong communication skills with a solid understanding of design principles.
- Be fluent in digital design using programs such as Figma and email CRM experience (Campaign Monitor)
- Experience in a similar role within a company that operates both B2B and DTC business models, including international partnerships.
- Proven ability to manage priorities across multiple brands in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and solution-focused mindset.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- High attention to detail, strong time management and multi-tasking skills. Be comfortable managing multiple deliverables from different stakeholders within the business and be able to pivot when needed.
