Architect or Graduate with 5+ Years Experience

Tim Stewart Architects is a relaxed design studio with a team that is passionate about design and the impact that good architecture can have on people and the surrounding environment.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled graduate or registered architect with experience in Multi – Residential and Single Residential projects. The candidate will have minimum 5 years industry and sector specific Revit experience.

This role offers the opportunity to experience a level of ownership over projects, liaising with clients and project stakeholders within a collaborative working environment. Ideally the candidate will have the skills and experience necessary to meet the criteria below:

• Ability to lead projects and work directly with clients.
• High level design development skills.
• Advanced level modelling and documentation skills using Revit.
• Ability to apply themselves to complex design and construction issues.
• Excellent understanding and application of NCC.
• Ability to prepare, development applications, building approval documents, and contract documentation packages.
• Ability to liaise and co-ordinate with consultants and statutory Authorities.
• Ability to liaise with builders and carry out on site administrative tasks.
• High level Verbal and Written communication skills.
• Sketchup and other graphic design skills would be seen as advantageous.
